KU Band Satellite Solutions Information

ITA utilizes the powerful Telstar 11 N satellite that has excellent coverage over almost all of Africa to connect its customers via single hop to our teleport in the United Kingdom (UK).

ITA has three KU Band Service Offerings:

Bronze KU Band Solution is ITA's entry level KU Band solution suitable for customers who require a cost effective satel lite Internet solution. The contention ratio applied for this service is 1:1O.

Silver KU Band Solution is ITA's product offering which is suitable for medium sized enterprises, NGO's and cyber cafes that require more throughput on the up and downIink. The contention ratio applied for this service is 1:3.

Gold KU Band Solution is ITA's dedicated (1:1) satellite internet solution suitable for companies that require quality of service for applications such us Voice over IP (VOIP) or video conferencing.

C Band Satellite Solutions

ITA is currently utilizing the ARABSAT 5A to connect its customers via single hop to our IDirect Evolution HUB at the SMS Teleport in the United Kingdom (UK). We established a similar service via the AMOS-5 in February 2012.

ITA currently has two C Band service offerings:

Silver C Band Solution

This ITA product is suitable for medium sized enterprises, NGO's and cyber cafes that require more throughput on the up and downlink. The contention ratio applied for this service is 1:3.

Gold C Band Solution

ITA's dedicated (1:1) satellite internet solution is suitable for companies that require quality of service for applications such as Voice over IP (VoIP) or video conferencing.
